SADDLE CLAMP

PITLOCK saddle clamps are available in the following 3 sizes:

28.6 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter of 27.0 - 28.6 mm)
31.8 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter of 30.2 - 31.8 mm)
34.9 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter of 33.3 - 34.9 mm)

The above sizes relate to the internal diameter of the saddle clamp.



All saddle clamps are available in silver and black!

The required size is usually indicated on the seat tube or on the old saddle clamp.
If not:
The external diameter is measured at the end of the seat tube on the bicycle frame.
The diameter of the seat tube should ideally be slightly smaller than the stated size of the saddle clamp.

The saddle clamp must be suitable for Pitlock, i.e. the contact surfaces must be flat and parallel.
The threads of the axles have to be greased before being mounted. The seat post has to precisely
fit the seat tube and must not have any play.
