Rear Wheel does not jam with Pitlock

1. Spiral springs of the quick-release skewer installed with PITLOCKs?
Spiral springs must be completely removed with the quick-release skewer. Please do not install together with the PITLOCK securing device.
2. The hub (tube) protrudes slightly beyond the surface of the dropouts. Can this be felt with your finger when the quick-release skewer is dismantled?
Reason:
The pressure washer and the pressure head of the axle press both on the hollow axle and on the dropout surfaces. The required pressing force is not applied to the dropout surfaces.
Remedy:
Take the wheel out, shorten the ends of the axle tube carefully with a file by less than 0.5 mm - now reinstall the wheel with the PITLOCK lock.
Ensure a tight fit - done!
